Leap day seems like the sort of thing that might cause legal confusion--what is the legal birth date of someone born on a leap day, for instance. But it turns out that that the law and government really pay no attention to leap day at all, says a University of Iowa law professor. This story led to placements in the Cedar Rapids Gazette, Lee Newspapers and even a radio network in South Korea.
